Maurice
Bejart,
whose real name Maurice Jean Berger, is a dancer and
choreographer english1, born in Marseille on 1 January 1927 and
died in Lausanne (Switzerland) November 22, 2007, Switzerland2
naturalized in 2007.
He was a member of the Academy des Beaux-Arts French (Section
members free) from 1994 until his death. In homage to Molière,
as he took the surname of the pseudonym of one wife, Armande
Bejart. |
